Matt Pearce
Analyst
Matt Pearce, a staff consultant in the Revenue Requirements department in JSI’s Maryland headquarters, is responsible for the completion of Toll Cost Separations studies, Universal Service Fund Filings, forecasts, and other related FCC filings. Matt is also responsible for preparing JSI’s Peer Group Studies and assisting in the management of the financial benchmarking database. In addition, Matt has been involved with assisting clients in financial management review, budget development, and profitability analysis. These projects include developing Proforma financial statements and long-term capital and operating budgets, as well as valuations of net equity for various clients. Matt also developed area calling plans, optional calling plans, and extended area service (EAS) plans to meet company and regulatory commission requirements.
Matt received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Maryland, University College (UMUC) in 2006 and a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University Maryland (2011)..
